BIS is proud to announce the introduction of significant new activities in Brazil, with the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Enuve, a young and enthusiastic company in the Brazilian market planning and customizing the implementation of cloud solutions. With this new agreement between the two companies, BIS/Enuve will together bring to the growing Brazilian corporate market a unique cloud service solution offering, and the ability for Enuve to be a potential leader in the business cloud sector as part of their operations in Brazil.
This new agreement forecasts estimated first-year sales of 4,000-5,000 corporate customers that can reflect approximately 150,000 users. With the BIS CloudIUS solution, Enuve will be able to offer their corporate customers a comprehensive solution that includes, among other things:
– Advanced business cloud data Sync File & Share, whereby they can quickly and conveniently resolve accounting reporting with Brazilian governmental authorities.
– Enhanced encryption, compression, versioning, and streaming to and from the cloud.
– A user-friendly automatic backup/synchronization schedule.
The BIS products and solutions being offered with this agreement are unique and comprehensive, and will significantly enhance Enuve’s ability to enter and penetrate the Brazilian market. Brazil does not currently have a complete cloud services solution with the capabilities that Enuve/CloudIUS together can offer. This gives Enuve a major differentiating factor that will set them apart when presenting to the business cloud sector.
The new agreement not only gives Enuve the opportunity to market, customize, and implement CloudIUS’ products throughout Brazil; it can open up new horizons for the two companies, for a wide range of business activities and cooperation in the future.
